It is January 20th as I am writing this and you are almost at the ‘finish’ line of what hopefully is just the beginning of a new chosen lifestyle for you, if you made resolution or chose a word or them for this new year! Did you start a new diet, new habit you wanted to grow, one you wanted to break? I would love to encourage you to keep going!
Take a moment today to take inventory, celebrate 🎉 your progress!
As an example I will share with you a celebration inventory that those who are doing ‘dry’ January are having:
- feel good overall😎
- homeostasis returning and your body creating chemicals naturally the way it is designed too 🧬
- improved sleep
- anxiety quieting down 🥺
- eyes becoming clearer👁
- skin looking better
- face less puffy
- improved mood 😁
- more patience⏳
- Feeling more aligned, cognitive dissonance turning into resonance
- feeling more confident ☮️
- maybe even sexier ❤️🔥
- More hydrated 💧
- Less grumpy😖
- More alert in the mornings 🚨
- No regrets in the morning
- Memory improving
- Heart rate coming down 💗
- Nights sweats improving
- No more 3 am wake up calls ⏰
