Felecia is a habit change and mindset coach helping her clients actualize a life of design and purpose through effective lifestyle, habits and energy management strategies. You will love her optimistic and practical style of coaching. Appropriately her Rise & Shine approach includes maximizing your morning when we are the brightest and clearest. Her methodology is called OWN IT! For Good! where she provides a practice framework to evaluate your life at the macro or big picture level and the micro day to day level. Where she helps YOU to make the changes that might seem impossible not only possible but in a way that fits into your life and make it as simple as possible. 

Felecia has had a diverse career from working as a Project Manager and Marketing Specialist for Fidelity Investments, serving as lead Coordinator for MOPS International, lead Coach for a Prison Ministry Team, starting a new career as an entrepreneur and launching her own Real Estate business at age 45 and even winning the Rookie of the year award her first year. Even while doing all this she knew that she still wasn’t reaching her full potential and that she was using unhealthy coping strategies like winding down with wine and comfort food after a stressful day and this was robbing her of precious energy and clarity.

She knew God had more planned for her. So through the process of being coached, she was able to make massive transformations in her own life and now she wants to help you do the same thing. If she can do it, so can you. It is your time to Rise and Shine as God unique designed you to!

As is the case with many coaches, Felecia is a ‘natural’ coach, you know that friend, relative or co-worker that you are naturally drawn to seek advice and wisdom from. As this realization kept showing up in her life, her career and her other endeavors she finally developed the confidence through coaching within a large online community to follow this calling and purpose and to help others do the same thing!

She decided to take the courageous step of becoming a Health & Life Coach and is certified by the Health Coach Institute  which is ICF accredited .

Felecia currently resides in Louisville Ky and also part time in Bradenton Fla, she is married to her college sweetheart, has 2 young adult children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, she is an avid reader and podcast junkie, nature lover, endlessly curious and a lifelong learner and seeker and faithful Christ follower.
